Terms and Condition
Eligibility :
Only sincere and keen buyers are allowed.
All our listings are open to residences of Singapore only.
Payment :
1) Via POST -> POSB Bank transfer :
Payment is via POSB bank transfer must be made within 2 days after confirmation of order. After payment made, do let us know the :
a) transaction reference number,
b) date and time of transaction.
Bank Account Info : Will be given to your e-mail address on completion of order form (Via Post)
If there is any error on the address you have given on the order form, please let us know immediately!
2) Via COD -> Cash on Delivery :
There is no minimum amount required but do bring the exact change.
Shipping / Cash on Delivery :
Combined postage is not available because our prices are extremely low already.
For registered post, do add additional $2.60 on top of the normal postage.
Your item will be shipped within two working days of receiving your cleared payment. We will post your item the most economical method based on your address. We use ground services, so you may see the item in 3 working days or less after it has been posted. If you need an express or priority service, please let us know prior to payment so that we can issue an invoice that reflects the additional shipping.
Cash on delivery can be done at our preferred place and time. Once confirmed, the collection area is :
1) Bukit Batok (Mondays to Fridays) - before 4pm
2) Raffles Place (Mondays to Fridays) 5pm
Returns & Claims (Via COD) :
We are not responsible for exchanging items which you dislike after using. Please understand that there will be a very slight difference in colour in the real item and on picture.
We will ensure all items are in perfect conditions before doing a COD with the buyer.
All electronic items (eg USB Cables, portable charger and such) has 1 week of personal warranty. In any cases of it being spoilt, we will do a 1 to 1 exchange for the spoilt items only.
Returns & Claims (Via Post) :
We are not responsible for damaged items or lost packages on an unregistered mail. 0.02% of items is at risk of being damaged and these package consist of only 1 hard case. Although it may be a small percentage, we advise you to opt for registered mail.
In the unlikely event that we have posted the wrong item, we will refund your entire purchase and postage in either directions. Please contact us immediately for instructions.
For registered mail, we will process all damage claims with the carrier and may request that you return the item. Please retain original shipping containers and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.
How do I know if the item is I want is available?
The item codes consist of colors/designs available. If the image shows the color/design but there is no item code, it means the item(s) has been reserved/sold.
